- The first event is the Opening Night Cocktail Reception on Tuesday; this will take place in Hallway North of the Convention Center.
- 2. What meals are included?
- Your meals are provided at the Tuesday night reception & dinner, Wednesday breakfast, snack, lunch, snack, and evening heavy hors d’ouerves, Thursday breakfast, snack and lunch.
- 3. Is there a dress code?
- The conference is business casual; please bring an additional layer in case the rooms are cool.
- 4. How do I sign up for sessions I want to attend?
- No need to sign up as this conference is intimate and can accommodate everyone’s needs.
- 5. If I can’t attend at the last minute, may I send someone else in my place?
- Of course, please send any last minute changes to emiller@trainingindustry.com.
- 6. Is there any additional function space for meetings?
- There are several break tables in the main hall of the conference for informal networking and meetings.
- 7. Is there transportation to and from the airport?
- Yes, Super Shuttle takes reservations through their website, www.supershuttle.com or at the counters at RDU airport.
- 8. Is a shuttle provided during the conference?
- No, most of the hotels and restaurants listed are within walking distance of the convention center.
