Keynote Speakers

Stedman Graham, Bestselling Author, Educator and Entrepreneur, will cover "Identity Leadership Development," which highlights the relationship between developing strong leadership and self-awareness. Recognizing these characteristics and developing a strong identity is the basis for effective leadership.

Srini Pillay, MD, Assistant Clinical Professor of Psychiatry at Harvard Medical School, Invited Faculty at Harvard Business School, and CEO of NeuroBusiness Group will describe perspectives from the most recent research in psychology and brain science of partnerships and will give practical strategies to apply to making partnerships more effective.

Donna Rhode serves as Program Director at the University of North Carolina-Chapel Hill Kenan-Flagler Business School. Prior to this role, Donna spent 27 years in the high-tech industry in various capacities. Her most recent role was Vice President of Global Sales Operations for Cisco Systems where she led multiple teams to drive, design, and implement innovative global programs and processes to accelerate sales growth and maximize business opportunities.

Scott Gessler is Colorado's 37th Secretary of State. A successful small businessman and attorney, Mr. Gessler serves as the chief executive of The Department of State. The Secretary of State's office ensures the integrity of elections and helps commerce by collecting and managing a wide variety of business and public records. Before becoming Secretary of State, Mr. Gessler practiced election law, constitutional law, and commercial litigation. He has taught election law at both the University of Colorado and University of Denver Law Schools, and he has received wide recognition for his work in election law. He began his career as a trial attorney U.S. Department of Justice, focusing on international criminal law and terrorism. As a small businessman he later managed a construction company. He also served as an Army Reservist for 16 years, including one overseas deployment. Mr. Gessler received his undergraduate degree from Yale, law degree from University of Michigan, and MBA from Northwestern University.

The conference is business casual; please bring an additional layer in case the rooms are cool. -

No need to sign up as this conference is intimate and can accommodate everyone's needs. -
