International (CCI) announce the launch of HealthEd Today, a new program
designed to increase access to workforce training in allied health. HealthEd
Today technician programs include careers in Pharmacy, Phlebotomy, EKG, Billing
and Coding and Medical Administrative Assistant. The program is offered fully
online via the Pearson LearningStudio platform.
CCI provides innovative allied health education and training program
solutions to more than 15,000 students at colleges, universities and medical
centers nationwide. HealthEd Today, the first online program to be offered by
CCI, was created to reach more students in response to the growing demand for
certified health professionals by hospitals, long term care facilities and other
health care organizations.
Pearson currently provides custom textbooks for CCI programs, and will
provide both customized curriculum and textbooks for the HealthEd Today program.
