Limitation of liability

Termination
This agreement is effective until terminated. You may terminate at any time by simply no longer using the site. TRAINING INDUSTRY, INC. may terminate Training Industry, Inc. or any of its services, at any time without notice. Additionally, TRAINING INDUSTRY, INC. may terminate your right to access Training Industry, Inc. for violation of any of these terms of service by you at any time without notice. In the event of termination, you will no longer be authorized to access the terminated services. However, the disclaimers and limitations of liabilities based on prior use of the site as set forth in this agreement, shall survive.
Other
This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of North Carolina without giving effect to any principles or conflicts of law. If any provision of this agreement shall be unlawful, void or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from this agreement and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.
