Dallas,TX - September 22, 2011 - For the second consecutive year, The Genesis Consortium was selected to conduct a series of employee training workshops at the annual Blacks In Government conference. Over 3,500 federal employees from across the nation attended this year’s event in Boston, MA. Genesis provided seven training workshops, on three professional/leadership development topics, during the weeklong conference. The training workshops exposed participants to powerful, experiential learning activities, designed to transfer a variety of effective behavioral competencies. Numerous participants expressed being "pleasantly surprised", "deeply challenged", and "grateful", for the opportunity to participate in our exciting and stimulating workshops. As a result, many are now scheduling Genesis training workshops, presentations, and HR interventions, in order to expose more of their colleagues to our products and services.
