Meno Consulting Presents Organizational Analysis Findings To the Irish Lacrosse Foundation

Morgantown, W.Va., February 2, 2010 – Research conducted by Meno Consulting
Managing Partner Dan Leidl, PhD, was presented at the Irish Lacrosse Foundation (ILF) Board meeting, which coincided with the annual US Lacrosse Convention in Baltimore, MD.

Through assessments involving ILF Board Members, Leidl reported on progress and
satisfaction regarding the advancement of the ILF mission, along with key objectives of
the ILF such as networking and marketing, and fundraising. Leidl concluded that the
Irish Lacrosse Foundation is poised to continue its current efforts while working to begin
creative new ones that focus on fundraising and the further development of lacrosse in
Ireland.

Leidl, who is also heavily involved in the Irish Lacrosse Foundation as both a coach and
a player, suggested “their willingness to critically assess themselves speaks volumes
about a genuine commitment to their own growth and the advancement of lacrosse
throughout Ireland.”

The Irish Lacrosse Foundation is committed to developing the sport of lacrosse in
Ireland, to raise funds for the continuing development of the sport of lacrosse in Ireland,
and to generally support, encourage, and promote the sport of lacrosse in Ireland.
