Fast paced and highly experiential, This workshop is uniquely designed to equip managers with the practices and competencies necessary to lead successfully at the personal, interpersonal, team and organizational levels. It provides a strong developmental foundation for both new and seasoned leaders. Over the course of four distinct modules, participants are guided through a series of thought-provoking lecturettes, exercises, video case studies, personal coaching sessions, action research projects and practicums.
A comprehensive exploration of the core tenets of great leadership communication will be studied and participants will learn methods of applying communication methodologies to key leadership challenges such as organization change, strategy implementation and operational effectiveness. They will study various ways of using these Core Leadership Principles to enhance their communication impact.

A practical, highly experiential workshop designed to help managers and leaders excel at coaching others for high performance. Drawing upon the timeless principles and processes employed by great leaders and professional coaches, the program challenges participants to become the kind of person from whom others genuinely want to receive coaching (Earning the Right to Coach), to create relationships that confront real issues (A Perfect Partnership), and to engage in potent, performance changing conversations (Dangerous Conversations).
Great leaders make their voices heard. The Leader Speaks is a workshop designed to provide participants with the theory, application, practice and feedback necessary to significantly accelerate their communication effectiveness. Through a series of thought-provoking lecturettes, experiential exercises, video case studies, and communication practicums, participants learn how to use their natural leadership and communication talents to immediately have a positive impact on others in their organization and beyond.
An intense training experience designed to provide a solid foundation for those seeking to significantly accelerate their development as leaders. Rather than simply studying the practices and approaches of successful leaders, this workshop takes participants on a deeper journey into their inner world where they will learn to tap the enormous power of their emotions and moods. Through the course of the day, they will discover how Leadership Emotional Intelligence is the primary determinant of a leader’s ability to effectively influence others. They will learn to recognize their own emotions in a wide variety of interpersonal circumstances, respond to these emotions in ways that enhance their leadership, become aware of the emotions of others, and be a positive, energizing force within their organization.
Bluepoint’s newest program is comprised of six brief, yet highly impactful workshops, which are designed to provide participants with leadership practices, tools and methodologies that they can immediately use back on the job. Only 90 minutes in length, participants are quickly immersed in key leadership concepts such as execution, emotional intelligence, and communication and then guided through challenging experiential exercises that provide them with the opportunity to rapidly learn advanced leadership principles and acquire new, practical skills.
