Interaction Associates (IA) Interaction Associates is a 40-year innovator helping global organizations build collaborative cultures and achieve excellence in a new measure of ROI —Return on Involvement —where employees go “beyond engagement” to share responsibility for business results. We develop leaders at all levels and focus on building proficiency in collaboration, strategic thinking, and self-awareness. With offices in Boston and San Francisco, our services include organization-wide consulting, learning solutions, and coaching.
Our Point of View
Organizations with cultures of high collaboration have high trust. High trust drives high performance. We’ve proven it in our annual research on ‘Building Trust in Business.’”
We can work with large organizations to increase leadership excellence, help accelerate team performance, and support the people side of change efforts by ensuring that they are ready to take on and implement a “new reality.”
We do this through:
- Enterprise-wide consulting services
- Customized classroom and virtual instructor-led training (VILT)
- One-on-one coaching
All of this is designed to increase collaboration through involvement and trust, creating shared responsibility for success that drives business results.
Clients turn to us for:
- Leadership excellence: They may be struggling with their leadership pipeline (they don’t know where the high performers/high potentials are in their organization anymore or how to prepare them for bigger roles)
- Team acceleration: they have just reorganized to a team-based structure and need to get these teams humming
- Change readiness: their firm is going through a recent merger, has to implement a whole new technology system, or other major change effort that’s really taking a toll on their teams.
