Western Culinary Institute's partnership with Le Cordon Bleu has solidified its appeal among students from throughout the world. The facility itself comprises 36,000 square feet of space, including five lecture halls, eight professionally equipped kitchen classrooms, two student lounges, library, computer lab and even a full-service public restaurant. Western Culinary is located in exciting downtown Portland.
