U.S. Patent Office Awards Protection to The TSi Company

Teaneck, NJ-  US 7,667,120 B2.  Get to know the number.  Better yet, get to know the product, the company and the inventor.  On February 23, 2010, the U.S. Patent Office saw fit to award a process patent to The TSi Company for its breakthrough proprietary Ltrainingâ methodology.  Patent Office documents cite LTrainingâ’s capacity to “Increase the ability of a trainee to remain focused on the training materials and subject matter and actually learn and retain the training subject matter.”  Art Suriano, The TSi Company’s CEO, founder and inventor of LTrainingâ, invested 15 years in the development of his highly effective programs.  His extensive teaching background and a passion for both learning and teaching motivated him to vigorously pursue the continuing refinement of LTrainingâ.

Suriano remarks,  “I am a strong proponent of enhanced learning; when we develop knowledgeable people, we improve the quality of life in society.”

In these times of tight margins, sluggish customer traffic and tough survival, retailers may have found the silver bullet in Ltrainingâ. The companies that have engaged The TSi Company have cut their costs by outsourcing the training function, while experiencing substantial improvements in their customer conversion rates.

Suriano explains the reason for their high level of success.  “We’ve improved operating efficiency because employees learn faster and retain more; we’ve improved employee performance because of improved customer interaction and a reduction in mistakes; and we’ve increased our clients’ overall productivity because our programs don’t require other staff members to train their employees.  In some cases, vendors have even paid for the programs, vastly reducing the retail chains’ costs.”

To date, The TSi Company estimates well over two million “graduates” have gone through its LTrainingâ programs.

So, what makes these proprietary programs work so well?  Suriano elaborates:

”LTrainingâ utilizes a learning by doing methodology. It combines auditory, visual, tactile and kinesthetic learning styles into one program, maximizing single session retention.  With LTrainingâ, your employees learn in their work environment, which results in immediate on-the-job transfer of skills.”
