DENVER, CO, Oct 25, 2011 -- Dean Evans &
Associates, Inc. ( www.dea.com ), a leader in the development of sophisticated
scheduling software systems, announced today that the Medical Education and
Training Campus (METC) has acquired the company's EMS Enterprise(TM) software to
effectively facilitate scheduling processes throughout their facility.
METC, located on Fort Sam Houston, Texas in the city of San Antonio, is the
nation's largest medical technical training facility with over 60 medical
programs and 24,000 projected annual graduates. METC's mission is to produce the
world's finest medics, corpsmen and techs, supporting our nation's ability to
engage globally.
"The utilization of EMS will enable METC to seamlessly control systems from a
centralized location, increasing efficiency across the board," said Bryan
Sorrentino, director of sales, corporate, government and not for profit for Dean
Evans & Associates, Inc. "The use of EMS is a major step for METC to begin
actively engaging everyone on a broader level. We're extremely proud that our
software will assist them with their goals and help their facility to run more
efficiently."
METC implemented EMS Enterprise software earlier this month with a goal of
maximizing utilization of their rooms and resources while streamlining meeting
and event scheduling throughout the campus.
"METC is truly the gateway to medical training for our armed services; the
ease of access and effectiveness when scheduling is vital to the success of our
organization," said a representative of METC. "The use of EMS will enable our
campus to run more efficiently and allow us to make the most out of our
resources and services. Overall, the software will be instrumental in assisting
in the day to day tasks that go along with running the nation's largest medical
education and training campus."
