Training is on the verge of another technological leap forward, as access to and support for immersive, virtual worlds is building. One of the advantages of these 3-D environments is the ability to replicate the workplace as closely as possible, providing a level of authentic learning that prepares professionals for daily business challenges and opportunities, as well as helps to reduce the overall learning curve.
