The corporate university has been the official seat of training for many organizations for decades, but there’s a new day dawning. Corporate universities are continuing to evolve to be more strategic entities delivering training that’s strongly aligned with corporate goals and objectives. Technology is extended the reach and adding more flexibility for corporate training, leading to increased globalization and more accurate evaluations and assessments of organizational readiness and strategic learning.
