Exchange Analytics Inc., the premier provider of Internet-based
compliance training courses for the futures and securities industries, today announced its
selection by the New York Mercantile Exchange, Inc. (NYMEX), a subsidiary of NYMEX
Holdings, Inc. , to develop a customized, Web-based ethics training program for all NYMEX
members and staff. Exchange Analytics will customize the training program specifically for
NYMEX market participants and the ethical issues they face surrounding electronic trading.
The Commodity Futures Trading Commission requires all registered individuals, including
exchange members, to complete ethics training.Â
