TrainingIndustry.com Conference Cancellation
Policy
If cancellation should be necessary, written or email
notification (Info@trainingindustry.com)
to TrainingIndustry.com is required five (5) business days prior to
the first day of the conference or workshop. You may receive a full
refund, minus a $50 administrative fee, up to and including the 5th
business day before the event. If you find that you cannot attend,
and it is less than five (5) business days before the start of the
first event, you may send a replacement, with written notice to
TrainingIndustry.com. If you are unable to send a replacement, you
forfeit your registration fee.
TrainingIndustry.com reserves the right to cancel a course or
conference for which there is insufficient registration. Fees paid
will be refunded in full for any cancelled course or
conference.
