Training is always on trial, especially in tight economic times, when the training function must prove its value to the organization overshadows its expenses. In order to achieve the right verdict on its organizational value, training must continually reassess and reinvent itself as corporate goals and objectives evolve. Training must also transcend the classroom to be a fully integrated component on how people work.
