programs for supervisors to senior executives. Our company services clients across
Canada and in the United States. Our online solutions provide more than
standard systems that only use SCORM or AICC. Our system can use PointPoint,
DVDs, and web video content to create interactive online courses with testing
system that use multiple choice, true/false, and fill in the blank activities
as
well as interactive drag and drops, interactive customer experience activities
(I.C.E.) and much more.
The leadership training program goes beyond one and two day works shops. Our
program offers an inside look at top management and leadership principles with
group activates that allow participants to actively engage in finding ways to
apply the principle within their day to day role within the organization. In addition,
our programs include practicum assignments that are required to be completed
before the following session. In the next session each participant shares what
they learned. These sessions can leave a deep impact on participants and alter
future thinking as well as behaviour.
