“Navkar” in Hindi stands for “New Work”- This is the promise that we stand for towards the youth that it will skill, whether under vocational skill curricula, or skilling programs at school, or through corporate training. The youth skilled by this company will be able to get new and better jobs and will be able to create a new beginning for themselves.
“Navkar” in numerology characterizes The Master Builder, Large Endeavors, Powerful Force and a Leader – These are, also, the characteristics and traits that this company commits to build for itself while fulfilling all stakeholder commitments.
Our Operational Model
The operational model of Navkar Way would be deployed in a hybrid model, which will follow the Cluster Excellence Approach. Each cluster will be mapped as per sector/industry requirement and prioritized on its potential, in the deployment plan. These clusters will have the Centre of Excellence (COE) as the hubs and Skill development Centre’s (SDC) as the spokes. The CoE as the Hub will be centralized deployment, which will be company owned and operated and offer long term training programs resulting in degree/diploma/certifications. While the Skill Development Centre as the spokes will be decentralized deployment via a combination of own and franchised operations, which will offer short term skill certification programs.

In order to successfully achieve the core objective of the Skill Mission, and that of the entity, it is imperative to partner with the right set of organizations for each of the key solution elements. These partnerships, apart from delivering specific chartered elements towards the business rollout, will provide the entity with the relevant industry domain expertise in the identified sectors.
