MINNEAPOLIS (October 16, 2008) – Personnel Decisions International (PDI) and Ninth House today announced that the two companies are combining to create PDI Ninth House. The newly formed global organization will bring together PDI’s 40 plus years of leadership expertise, focused on middle management through senior executive levels, with Ninth House’s dozen years of e-learning development expertise focused on new and mid-level managers to create one comprehensive organization.

Jeff Snipes, CEO and founder of San Francisco-based Ninth House, will remain a key leader by serving on the board of directors of PDI Ninth House. He will also play an integral role with current and potential clients in finding new ways to fulfill their business and leadership needs.
PDI Ninth House’s new leadership team will consist of executives from both of the legacy companies.
