Delta College is a Community College, which for the past 48 years has been serving the counties of Saginaw, Midland and Bay in mid-Michigan, with an annual operating budget of $100 million. Delta College Corporate Services (DCCS) is the non-academic division of the college that provides training and training services to business and industry. For the past 25 years DCCS has been a nation’s leader with its Corporate Services model by providing training services locally, nationally and internationally.
DCCS is a multi-million dollar not for profit business that receives no tax support from the local communities, which means that there are no restrictions on providing services outside of mid-Michigan. DCCS’ connection to Delta College has provided long-term financial and organizational stability. Delta College's president, Dr. Jean Goodnow, has chartered DCCS to continue to meet the needs of business and industry both locally and globally.
DCCS ensures training success by providing the core competencies of Training Development, Delivery and Administration. DCCS’ management team is a unique blend of industry and training professionals.
