The R3 Solutions Curriculum
As the foundation for each client initiative, Acclivus provides one or more proven program solutions from the world's most comprehensive and highly validated performance development curriculum, which is based on the insights and ideas of Randall K. Murphy and upon research and validation with more than a thousand clients.
The R3 Solutions curriculum is the only fully integrated training curriculum designed specifically to guide customer-facing professionals through today’s tough business challenges. The curriculum provides for the performance development of every member of the Sales, Support, and Service teams, from new-hires to the most experienced, and from those who are already leaders in performance to those who are struggling to achieve minimum acceptable levels of performance.
The Acclivus curriculum also provides the principles, skills, techniques and approaches required for managers to consistently inspire and enable performance through effective coaching.
How We Work with Our Clients
We help our clients improve sales and service performance through a proven set of skills, techniques, and approaches in the areas of communication, relationships, negotiation, planning, and strategy. To ensure that each prescribed learning solution is tailored to the precise needs of the client, Acclivus employs a proprietary process called AIM (Assessment–Implementation–Measurement). AIM combines the best practices of successful training initiatives into a proven, repeatable methodology.
During the Assessment phase, Acclivus employs the Consultative Approach® to identify client goals, challenges, and business issues driving a need for change. The process begins at the executive level and then involves managers and front-line professionals.
Effective Implementation requires that the selected learning solution be aligned with the client’s culture and adapted to the specific challenges facing managers and their sales/service teams. Thought leaders are assembled and a plan for implementation is developed. The team predisposes managers and front-line participants to ensure buy-in and support before, during, and after the learning experience. Reinforcement tools and a validated coaching process combine to embed principles, skills, and approaches into the client’s culture and business practices.
The Acclivus R3 Solutions approach to Measurement verifies results achieved and then links these results with the client business goals, challenges, and needs identified in the Assessment. The process relies on Web surveys, telephone interviews, analysis of business metrics, and manager observation. Acclivus tracks trends in performance over time (e.g., revenue, margin, win-rate, etc.) and conducts periodic business reviews with the executive team.
